sotyn.ai wasn't dreamed up by a software company. It was built by Secured Engineers Pvt. Ltd. — a 14-year-old EPC contractor — to fix the leaks in our own business first.
The problem we lived
By our tenth year we were running 500+ projects across 18 states — on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and memory. We were profitable on paper but money kept disappearing: under-priced quotes, material bought above market, labour we couldn't verify, work we forgot to bill, and payments stuck for months.
No off-the-shelf ERP fit how an Indian contractor actually works. So we built our own.
